Bearcat Blitz Hospitality Tents

Corporate or group tents can be rented for each Bearcat football pre-game. You will find a list of preferred caterers below, and group tickets may be also be purchased through our site. Tents must be reserved through the UC Alumni Association by either ordering online or by calling 513-556-4344. The hospitality tents will be located on Sigma Sigma Commons near the Myers Alumni Center.

20’ x 40’ Tent	Seats 100 people Includes: The set-up and breakdown of one 20’ x 40’ tent, eight round tables, 100 chairs, and two rectangular tables to be used for food or registration, table coverings included	$1,250

Please note: 
The event ends a half hour before kickoff. All beer taps will be taken at that time! 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made thirty (30) business days prior to the event date. After thirty (30) days you will be liable for the cost incurred and payments will be forfeited. The University of Cincinnati Alumni Association reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, all registration fees will be refunded. Otherwise, events will occur, rain or shine.

The Cancellation Policy does not apply to Group Tickets.

Catering Options

You are NOT permitted to bring your own alcohol or liquor into the reserved tents. You may bring your own food and/or non-alcoholic beverages, but MUST notify UCAA staff if doing so.

We will offer general vending for food, beer and soft drinks through City Barbeque and Donato’s Pizza on site.

If you would like to arrange private catering within your tent, please contact one of the five preferred caterers and/or beer vendor below for all your tailgating needs!

Cash parking on game day is on a space-available basis ($8).
