The UC Alumni Association awards several annual scholarships to qualifying students. Check out the scholarships, details and application forms linked below!
For Incoming Freshmen:
Christos P. Demakes Legacy Scholarship
- awarded to qualifying entering UC freshmen who are lineal descendants (children or grandchildren) of UC graduates who are members of the alumni association.
Regional Alumni Network Scholarship
- awarded to qualifying entering UC freshmen, from a participating UC regional alumni network.
2009 applications will be available soon.
For Students Returning or Transferring to UC Autumn 2008:
Kacher-Bloom Memorial Scholarship
- awarded to a current, full-time student in his/her junior year exemplifying excellence in academics, devotion to student activities and community service and a strong sense of loyalty and commitment to the University of Cincinnati.
2009 applications will be available soon.
UC Alumni Association Undergraduate Legacy Scholarship
- awarded to qualifying UC undergraduates who are lineal descendants (children or grandchildren) of UC graduates who are members of the alumni association. Applicants must have a minimum university grade point average of 3.0.

All applications are reviewed by the Scholarship Committee of the UC Alumni Association’s Board of Governors, with scholarship awards based on academic achievement, demonstrated service and leadership.
Available funds enable only a limited number of scholarships to be awarded each year.
