It’s Time to Reconnect: 4A Bicentennial Homecoming 2019

The UC African American Alumni Affiliate (4A) invites to you RECONNECT with your classmates, current students, and alma mater for Boldly Bearcat Homecoming 2019 – A Party 200 Years in the Making!

This homecoming will conclude the year-long Bicentennial celebration with many great surprises. Be sure to participate in all of the family-friendly central UCAA Homecoming activities.

Thursday, November 7

Hoop-La Charity NPHC Basketball Tournament
  6p.m. | Location: The Friars Club
$5 adults, $3 children
Proceeds from the basketball tournament to benefit The Friars Club.

Alumni Mixer
9 p.m. | Revel OTR Urban Winery, 111 E 12th Street
Come through early to get some UC swag! A portion of the proceeds from the event to benefit the Shani Study Abroad Scholarship.

Friday, November 8

State of Black UC Forum
noon – 3 p.m. | African American Cultural & Resource Center
Network with other Black alumni and students, and get important updates from around campus.

Bicentennial Bash
7:30 – 11 p.m. | Fifth Third Arena
Don't miss this family-friendly celebration with food, drinks, Boldly Bearcat ice cream from Graeter's, a toast to 200 years, and special-edition UC swag. Entertainment by the Sly Band and DJ ETrayn, as well as special moments and experiences honoring our past and celebrating our future will be featured throughout the evening.

Saturday, November 9

Homecoming Parade
11:30 a.m. | Clifton Avenue
Find your spot along Clifton Avenue to experience the ultimate “Down the Drive” event, as students, alumni and members of the community show off their best Bearcat spirit! Food trucks and complimentary swag available.

Homecoming Game vs. the UConn Huskies
3:30 p.m. | Historic Nippert Stadium

Sisters Unique Boutique Presents: She Runs the World & the Runway Fashion Show
Doors open at 2 p.m. | Wyoming Civic Center, 1 Worthington Avenue
$50 regular admission, $60 reserved VIP
Registration includes: unlimited beer and wine, dessert, valet parking, and music from DJ Vic Hunter.
