A&S Alumni AwardsEach year the college honors exceptional alumni who have made a mark on their professions, communities and UC. Honorees are nominated by their fellow alumni and chosen by the Dean’s Advisory Board. Three awards are presented to the annual awards dinner during Homecoming. A&S Alumni Awards Nomination Form

Please complete the form below to nominate a deserving candidate for a College of Arts & Sciences Alumni Award. There are two categories for which you may nominate.

A&S Alumni AwardsOutstanding Young Alumni Award: An alumna/alumnus under the age of 40 who has made significant accomplishments within their chosen field of endeavor. This person should also be actively involved with UC in some capacity.

Distinguished Alumni Award: An alumna/alumnus aged 40 or older who is outstanding in their chosen field of endeavor and has made significant contributions that benefit the community, state, nation, college or university. Ideally, this person has been actively involved in the betterment of the UC community. This person will also be recognized at the Alumni Celebration as part of Alumni Weekend in the spring.

Volunteer of the Year: Chosen by the Associate Director of Alumni Relations, this award goes to a volunteer who has made a significant impact on the College of Arts and Sciences and its alumni programming. This person has dedicated a significant amount of time to advancing the goals of the A&S Alumni Network.

Nominations for the 2019 awards must be submitted by Friday, April 26, 2019. The award winners will be announced in early September and are invited to attend the annual A&S Alumni Awards Dinner during our Bicentennial Homecoming Weekend on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019.

All nominations are kept on file and will be automatically reconsidered each year for up to three years.
