UnCorked @ Muse in Mt. Lookout

In our revitalized space on Mt. Lookout Square, we are taking dining in a new direction! With a laser focus on creating incredible, delicious meals that incorporate elements of healthful eating, we are excited to bring a new concept to Cincinnati.

Chef Jen Kempin develops menus based on seasonally available products and sources from local farms and suppliers whenever possible. With a constantly changing menu, Chef Kempin’s creativity will shine in her food.

Food Pairing: Spinach Salad with strawberries, grilled chicken, goat cheese, strawberry vinaigrette

Wine: Brand Riesling
Food Pairing: Grilled cilantro shrimp with mango salsa on coconut cauliflower rice

Course 3
Wine: Agnes Paquet Pinot Noir
Food Pairing: Charred Leeks with mushroom and faro duxelle, wacky peas and edible flowers, on garlic cauliflower puree

Course 4
Wine: Sangiovese
Food Pairing: Ratatouille with a tomato saffron broth
