Chad Aronson, Lee Aronson and Neil Aronson, Bus ’01
Triplet brothers, Chad Aronson, Lee Aronson and Neil Aronson, have built parallel careers in the tech industry while remaining deeply connected personally and professionally. They’ve worked together at multiple companies, benefitted from UC’s co-op program, and now give back through joint “Triplets in Tech” talks, sharing their intertwined journey in business and technology.
Geoff Baldwin, DAAP ’06
Geoff Baldwin — a design-trained alumnus of University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program — turned frustration with clunky youth flag-football gear into innovation, founding WIN WIN Athletics, a sporting goods company offering belt-less flag-football kits and other gear that make play easier and more fun for everyday athletes.
Angela Hall, Cler ’10, ’16
Angela Hall overcame early uncertainty and re-entered academia at age 25 as a first-generation college student where she eventually earned associate and bachelor’s degrees through UC Clermont College. She now serves as senior program operations manager at GE Aerospace, overseeing a $1.8 billion defense program, and was honored in 2025 as UC Clermont’s Distinguished Alumna for her perseverance, leadership, and commitment to lifelong learning.
Ben Moore, CEAS ’95
Ben Moore has parlayed his engineering background and co-op experience into building a diversified manufacturing “house of brands” by acquiring and revitalizing multiple industrial companies across the Cincinnati region.
Emma Off, Law ’11
Emma Off forged a successful early career as a mergers-and-acquisitions attorney and was named among Ohio’s top M&A lawyers before pivoting in 2023 to become President & CEO of CincyTech, a venture-capital firm driving innovation across Ohio. As leader of CincyTech, she now supports early-stage companies, fosters local economic growth, and remains deeply engaged with her alma mater — mentoring UC students and helping connect them to emerging ventures.
Darrell Miller, CCM ’85
Darrell D. Miller has parlayed his training in theatre and music into a distinguished career as an entertainment attorney and talent agent, founding and leading the Entertainment & Sports Law Department at Fox Rothschild LLP in Los Angeles. He’s guided A-list clients across film, TV, music, and stage while remaining grounded in his roots and giving back through philanthropic and arts education efforts. He is also the 2025 William Howard Taft Medal for Notable Achievement recipient.
Alec Pierce, CEAS ’21
Illinois native and former wide receiver for Cincinnati Bearcats, Alec Pierce, earned a mechanical engineering degree from University of Cincinnati while balancing rigorous academics and top-tier football performance. Today a standout on the Indianapolis Colts roster, he leverages the discipline and problem-solving skills honed at UC — on and off the field — to excel in the NFL.
Princesa Rabinovich, Bus ’11
Princesa Rabinovich transitioned from her family's cherry farm in Prosser, Washington, to become the first volunteer leader of the UC Latino Alumni Network, fostering connections among Hispanic and Latino students and alumni. A senior accountant at Nucor Logistics Group, she remains deeply involved with UC and her cultural roots, regularly returning to her family's farm to assist during harvest season.
Sean Savoie, CCM ’05
Sean Savoie recently delivered a TEDxStLouis talk titled “A Well-Placed Light,” arguing that thoughtful lighting design can dramatically enhance comfort, creativity, and connection in both theatrical and everyday spaces. Today, as a longtime faculty member at Washington University in St. Louis, he brings the same care and creativity to his teaching and stage work — shaping environments that support well-being and inspire audiences.
