Are you considering buying a home for the first time? Get the guidance you need to navigate the process with confidence! This webinar will offer a comprehensive overview of the homebuying journey and will feature a panel discussion with UC alumni real estate professionals, moderated by UC Clermont Professor Emeritus, Ann Benoit, A&S ’77, Bus ’80.
Topics will include financial preparation, mortgage readiness, house hunting strategies, making competitive offers, and navigating the closing process with ease.
Panelists
Ann Benoit is a licensed Realtor with Sibcy Cline Realtors, providing buyers and sellers with expert guidance and deep local market insight, using a streamlined approach to simplify the homeownership process. Ann is also Professor Emeritus of accounting at UC Clermont. She holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Organizational Leadership from the College of Arts and Sciences and an MBA in Accounting from the Lindner College of Business.
Jacob Hoevenaar is a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Advisors Realty. He specializes in helping clients navigate the complexities of purchasing a home through honest communication, thorough market education, and strategic advice. Jacob earned both his Associate’s in Business Management Technology and Bachelor’s in Applied Administration from UC Blue Ash.
Brent Hoffman is a Branch Manager with Paramount Residential Mortgage Group. With 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry, he helps buyers secure the best loan options through careful evaluation of their budgets and financial goals. Brent and earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from the Lindner College of Business.
Julie Rose is a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty. She applies a decade of strategic marketing experience to every transaction, helping buyers identify their specific needs and find the perfect home. Julie earned her Bachelor’s in Communication from the College of Arts and Sciences.
