Moderated by UCLAN Network Lead Gloria Forsythe, A&S ’95, this lively discussion will delve into Diana’s time at CCM, navigating a career in Hollywood, her passion for leadership and advocacy, and mentoring the next generation of creatives.

About the Presenter:
Diana has worked in Hollywood for more than three decades, building an impressive career across television, film, and theater. Her journey began while growing up on Cincinnati's West Side, and today she is known for her comedic timing and dynamic character portrayals. Her television credits include Dead to Me, Everybody Loves Raymond, The X-Files, Castle, The Drew Carey Show, and Gordita Chronicles, among many others. Throughout her career, she has appeared alongside some of Hollywood's biggest names and has received numerous awards and nominations for her work.
A recipient of the UC Alumni Association's 2025 Marian A. Spencer Mosaic Award and CCM’s 2020–21 Distinguished Service Alumni Award, Diana credits her time at CCM with preparing her for a successful career in Hollywood.
Beyond her work on screen, Diana is a passionate advocate for representation in entertainment. She is the co-founder of LATINAS ACTING UP, a group of SAG-AFTRA members committed to supporting fellow Latinas working in film and television while increasing their visibility and opportunities.
She continues to give back to her alma mater as a member of CCM’s Dean’s Advisory Council, and mentors students and alumni pursuing careers in Los Angeles.
