Women of UC: Tablespoon Cooking Co

Join Women of UC for a hands-on mini cooking and cocktail class with Tablespoon Cooking Co., owned by alumna Jordan Hammons, Bus ’13. You'll work in pairs to make a delicious cocktail and appetizer to share. During this class, attendees will learn new skills through professional instruction, enjoy quality food, and network with fellow alumnae.

The menu features creamy baked French onion dip with caramelized onions, bubbling cheese and homemade tortilla chips, paired with a spiked apple chai cocktail made with rye whiskey. 

$65 registration includes the Spiked Apple Cider & Creamy French Onion Dip mini cooking class. Advance registration is required by Friday, Oct. 30.

Gluten-free, vegetarian and mocktail options are available upon request.

Staff Circle Headshots - Jordan Hammons

Jordan Hammons, Bus ’13, is a classically trained chef, culinary educator, food and beverage consultant, and the founder of Tablespoon, a platform dedicated to helping home cooks build confidence in the kitchen. Her experience includes serving as a corporate chef, private chef and caterer, with a focus on culinary education and exploring international cooking techniques and cuisines. A graduate of UC’s Lindner Honors-PLUS Program, Jordan also completed her culinary training at Midwest Culinary Institute.
